Eszter was very friendly, welcomed me and talked me through my procedure asking what I wanted and didn't want.
We had a few words but it was silent and relaxing I think I nearly fell asleep 🤣

I went to Maria and she was excellent explained everything completely to me and was super to deal with I would highly recommend
